Outstandingly rich smoke and minerals. Tastes aged an complex. Very little fruit. A total terroir-driven masterpiece.

Very different. A 2013 German Sauvignon Blanc. It’s minerally bordering on salty. Fruit creeps in after 1/2 hour. Probably needs more time. Certainly at the top end of SBs. Went very well with Raclette.
