Medium ruby color; cherries, and cedar on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like pomegranates, raspberries, and wet gravel with a long fruity finish. I like it. — 2 years ago
Flavours of raspberry, dark fuit and forest floor. Good balance of tannins and acidity. Organic wine. — 3 years ago
Almost 2 years since my last review. Still the same. The balance and harmony is still there. Quite pleased. — 5 months ago
A very competent Rioja Reserva recommended by an Argentine friend for tapas meal out. Bright & confident in its cherry & vanilla notes, with enough barrel age to round it out & give some balsamic- as in aged, quality balsamic-depth. Kind of like a haircut that doesn’t surprise or disappoint. And a decent restaurant bottle under 40$ is always a good thing… — 3 years ago
Had in Scotland with steak - stood up to lots of garlic dishes and steak. Solid and dry, unfortunately we don’t get it in NH! :( — 3 years ago

Pale straw lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruit, aged on lees for about 11 months, has notes of a mineral tang with light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of apple, citrus and floral, dry with slight nutty biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a toasty citrus mineral character. — 9 months ago
It gives me hope for Tempranillo Blanco. Baked apple, well handled oak, with subtle spices and butter, good body and acidity. Good indeed. A substantial leap that marks the efforts of this winery. — 3 years ago

Medium ruby in color with a garnet rim; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary, and tertiary aromas of dried figs, cedar, and sour cherry; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, high tannins, medium alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of strawberry sauce, red currants, and wet gravel with a long finish. This wine is past its prime. The fruit was completely gone after about 20 minutes. I bet it was a great wine a few years ago. — 24 days ago
