Enjoyed with parents and good friend at Brasserie by Niche. Parents were not overly impressed but I thought it was not wanting for anything. Very elegant. Opened ahead of time and decanted for about 45 min. Much more open than a few years ago and no need to hold longer. — 9 years ago
Bière de dégustation. Goût fruité et un peu amer, titrant à 8.5. Moi c'est le genre de bière que j'aime. A reprendre — 11 years ago

Très bonne bière à fermentation haute. Assez forte car elle titre à 9.5. Beaucoup de profondeur de goût — 10 years ago
If I can't have Brett in my wine I am sure as hell going to make sure it is in my beer. — 11 years ago

Very nice and good drinkable blonde (6,5%). Not over hoppy. I wonder what the 5 hop kinds are. — 7 years ago
Omg this was amazing ... — 9 years ago
2016/3/8 at Wine Sellar & Brasserie, San Diego. My first time trying this producer. Seems more new world style, fruit generous, lower on acidity (perhaps due to vintage). It does have a good integrated sense of terrior though. Very easy drinking, very enjoyable. — 10 years ago
Nose is floral. Odd for BW. Great flavors. Not too heavy. — 11 years ago
