Pale purple color. Aromas of cherries, watermelon, cola and baking spices. Bright wine, loads of cherry, cranberry and hint of leather on the palate. Solid wine under $12 bucks.

We had the 2015 Vintage on 9/25-26/23. A real good Bordeaux blend. No need to spend the big bucks on Dominus when quality wine like this comes in at a more reasonable price. — 2 years ago

First thing: much earthier than I anticipated. Don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty of ripe fruit: lemon 🍋, pineapple 🍍, and apricot 🍑. But before the fruit, there’s smoky minerality 💨 and dried thyme 🌱 followed by hazelnut. 🌰

Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, sweet blueberry and vanilla, currant and toasted oak. Hints of Creme brûlée. On the palate, medium- full bodied with a nice richness and body to it. Blueberry, dark berry and vanilla with forest floor, oak and must. Long finish of the same. Very nice blend. — 5 years ago
