Absolutely excellent. Aromatics actually faded a bit with a 1.5 hour decant, so might watch that in the future. Lots of earthy cherry. Not overly refined, but in a good way - tastes like the older school piemonte that it is, with just the right bit of earth and leather. Excellent acid and a long pure finish. We tried this in like 2019 and we were blown away! We bought something like 4 more bottles and drank them over the years. Each time, there was more happening. And this time, there’s a whole new depth.

Lots of acid and the early dryness quickly moves into a tangy apricot flavour. There’s some green apple and even hazelnut at the end and a long mouth feel.
