Terroir de Bellevue Beaujolais Gamay 2022

Outstanding Beaujolais. Shimmers in the glass. Minerals and bright black cherry dominate on the palate, with a smack of flowers on the finish. — 2 days ago

Cuvée Isaline Saint Joseph blanc Marsanne Roussanne 2018

Lovely texture, richness without flab. Mineral nose, tropical fruit on the palate. The quenching freshness on the finish really takes this to the next level. Lovely. — 4 years ago

Light and easy to pair with food. Has a note of earl gray at the finish. Serving at our 2025 Friendsgiving — 22 days ago

Les Perrières Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg Saumur Chenin Blanc 2020

Looked a little oxi when first opened, but it seemed to pull back in the glass. Some honey still, but the core of lemon fruit was so intense - lemon curd and peel all the way. White florals, musky wood, and a touch of spice too. Super salty finish and an acidity that keeps growing. Tasty! — 2 years ago

It’s weird how so many Loire Chenins do a Benjamin Button.

Needed 1 hour last night then it got reductive. But today oh man! Nose is glorious red fruits, granite, herbs and flowers. Clay, iron ore. Some blackberry as well. palate is raw and feral with blood, guts and meat. Concentrated and linear. Unreal texture and finish but needs a decade. — 2 months ago

Chambertin Grand Cru Pinot Noir 2015

When in Paris I always try to run to this Vin Cave when in Saint Germain area. I asked for this one and the server described it as a beautiful glass. He was right. Tuesday night wine stop was perfect. — 3 years ago
