The inaugural bottle of a very wine heavy trip. Hard to find any faults with this one for 2 euros. I love sparkling wine and cava is top 2 for me. Was it free lounge champagne? No. Was it great? Yes. Super light and crisp, making it very easy to drink. I get a lot of green apple and lemon, with also a slight peach note. There’s also a bit of bread/nuttiness which I believe comes from the traditional method, but it stays light. — 6 days ago
