Château Rives Blanques

Cave de Tain l'Hermitage

Noble Rives Hermitage Syrah 2020

Deep , dark intensely black fruity; nose reminds me of my Nonno’s cantina. Soft, elegant, and delicious. Usually with grilled steak I opt for Zinfandel, but this change up really hit. Thanks for the wine, Tom. — 14 days ago

Château Rives-Blanques

Conservatòri Limoux Mauzac Blanc

Conservatòri, 100% Mauzac Blanc. My first encounter with this heirloom varietal. Dry to slightly off dry, rounded mouthfeel. White floral, lime, underripe lemon and underripe orchard fruit flavors. Mineral finish. Refreshing and different. Medium body, acid, alcohol. Vanilla-like aftertaste. Some lactic character in the finish emerges after 30 minutes. Some history behind Limoux; look online for more — a year ago

Héritiers Gambert Nobles Rives Hermitage Roussanne Marsanne 2019

Waxy, stone, fruit, white peach, crumbly limestone mineral water without the chalkiness. Un ripe stone fruit and lychee fruit tang. Very delicious, wish I would’ve had it a tad bit colder. — a month ago
