Solid Cru Beaujolais. Medium garnet color. Bright aromas of ripe red and black cherries, earth and violets. Expressive flavors of red and black cherry/raspberry/currant fruit, tobacco and a pleasant hint of baking spices. A bit of black pepper and the presence of stemmy carbonic maceration on the very long and tingly finish. Quite juicy and crisp. Fruit forward, nicely structured and pretty well balanced. — 5 months ago

Brilliant red color ,nose of delicate black berries. Tanins are noticed giving the structure. Notes of dried plums. Notes of leather. Tasty — 6 months ago
At Mark Paul NYD Party old Cab series. Continuing with old Cab series. Equally surprising as the McDowell but a totally different profile, with more oxidative notes as expected for such an age and with rounder texture and shorter finish — 3 months ago
It went well on Christmas Eve with oysters and caviar — 3 months ago
