Study material, all those underripe notes, jalapeño peppers pickles green herbs the floral side well reflected violets, Raspberries are the main fruit, and obviously some carbonic maceration. Be aware of the non fruit descriptors, structure in a hot/warm vintage might steer towards a carmenere, but can be easily told apart by acidity levels. — 11 years ago
