2017 vintage so a bit more body. Cream soda. Minerality. Some citrus too. Maybe some stone fruits too? — 3 years ago
Vibrant, juicy, so fresh, alive!
Green apples, green grass, a hint of green apricot, some lemongrass. Highly enticing. Not flint like Sancerre, no exotic canned fruit like NZ. Fresh, green, grassy.
On the palate this has a round, slightly creamy mouthfeel but remains focused, light, appley juicy, vibrant. A slightly herby, salty bitter edge adds an interesting edge and a bit of nice complexity.
Closer to a Chenin Blanc (think Guiberteau) than a typical SB.
Slightly cloudy, incredibly drinkable.
This is a delightful discovery! — 4 years ago
Mineral with fruit and zest. Lovely bottle in a wine cellar in Paris. — 3 months ago
Lees and acidity. That is the crux of it. Creates some fascinating flavor profiles- like nibbling on a Dogwood branch after it lost its leaves in the fall. Very interesting wine that is begging to be laid down in a cellar and only brought out in the next decade- it's a bit heavy handed now with the yeast and acid but has massive aging potential that I think will reveal some fascinating flavors. — 4 years ago

Crisp and amazing. Sweet hints and beautiful color. Wonderful finish. We were all sad when the bottle was empty. Goodbye good friend, you will be missed... — 4 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and floral notes slight biscuit tones. On the palate flavors of green apple, pear and lemon citrus with saline notes. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with a citrus mineral character. Nice! — 8 days ago
