Light straw with green hints . Quite discreet and reserved on the nose , elderflower , camomile, oyster shell , green apple , sea breeze . On the palate this is strict and direct , green apple , chalky mineral and oyster shell notes , very mineral focused . Fills out with a slightly creamy texture . Good length focused and detailed . Very young but enjoyable now , quite Chablis-esque is style . Probably even better in 3-5 years and will last well a further 5 -8 or so — 5 months ago

A vintage, dry, winey, elegant, lively and nuanced champagne. Fine but intense bubbles. Deep aromatic bouquet of nuts, almonds, dried fruits, apricot, brioche, butter. Persistent finish with sweet bitters, consistent with the nose. Perfectly accompaniment to a meal.

Delightful. Lemon peel and clean mineral. The finish lasts longer than expected and it’s super clean. Pairs beautifully with seafood and would work equally well as a warm weather white on its own. Looking forward to drinking this again. — 2 years ago
