Beautiful wine
Starts out with brightness and sunshine
Moves into citrus and a touch of lime with zest as it breathes.
Really gorgeous
Paired with shrimp risotto and asparagus. Delightful — 9 days ago
I’ve always enjoyed this vintage from Roulot. 2015 Tillets is in a great stage now, complex and layered with butterscotch and white flower aromatics and a weighty palate with great concentration and persistence. Lovely wine. — a month ago
2015 vintage. Tasted the 2023 version two days ago (9.4). Massive fruit and acidity and built for the long haul. So too, was this effort. Decanted and tasted after an hour at approx 62 degrees. Medium-heavy body. Golden ripeness harnessed by governing acidity. Hovers in this state for another 4-5 years before descending to a different stratum. 3.20.26 — 4 days ago
Nailed it. Golden-green apple, lemons, lime, touch of herbs, light honey & caramel, perfect acidity & viscosity. — 25 days ago

Incredible vintage for Coche. The 2011 Meursault is as good as it gets for white burgundy, with signature Coche fireworks on full display, wafting layered aromatics and a stunningly textured palate with killer density and volume. Unbeatable with the cuisine at CTBF! — 4 days ago
