Lovely - a little less fat and rounded, which was a nice change — at Brat — 4 years ago

23 is so far all they say it was. This is stunning. Silky, clean, fresh and smooth. Purity and absolute beauty. Delicious. Only a 1/2 a hectare. — 4 months ago

Mersault madness — 3 years ago
The 2017 Meursault Les Genevrières 1er Cru is neutral on the nose, sultry but not sullen, maintaining delineation and focus, with crushed stone and light smoky aromas developing over time; it does become a little reduced. The palate is well balanced with a salty, basalt-tinged entry. There is plenty of energy and superb acidity, leading to a vibrant, spicy, persistent finish. This fans out gloriously. Outstanding. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting in Savigny-lès-Beaune. (Neal Martin, Vinous, August 2021)

If you like a leaner, soft elegant red burgundy with an amazing red roses & spice, this is for you. Beautiful. — 4 months ago
Quite nice. Lemon, lime green apple, excellent saline, chalk and beautiful Merursault minerality. — 4 months ago
Wonderful, with a bit of classic reduction! — 9 months ago
The description: 'Freshness, Fruit and Richness, the promise of Lavantureux Petit Chablis''.
The Petit Chablis from Roland Lavantureux is like a Bourgogne blanc from Antoine Jobard or Jean-Marc Roulot—a delicious, meticulously crafted wine that offers a taste of the magic found in the domaine’s more exclusive wines, with all the refreshing minerality and stoniness that is the hallmark of cool-climate Chardonnay grown on limestone. A sketch by da Vinci isn’t the Mona Lisa, but it still comes from the master’s hand.
The opinion: complex and beautiful.

Fruit a touch more sour than the others but still very nice. This not a clean, a bit murky. Fruit are slightly macerated. — 4 months ago
