Wow, really impressed. We opened this a couple nights ago with homemade French onion soup - it was beautiful, and paired very well. I’ve never had an aged white wine with such an amber, almost pink, color but such a youthful nose and flavor. Still has great acidity. It seems the short maceration time really contributed a special aspect for this one. — 6 years ago

This was in fantastic shape. Completely unexpected aroma and flavor to start - fruity and acidic, and then opened up very nicely. Really impressive. The age added complexity after about 30 minutes.

This was in great shape, especially considering it’s age. Good acidity and fruit, not a hint of age in color, nose or flavor. Impressive, and looking forward to more!
