Amazing purity on the palate with energy & precision. Rich yet bone dry. With minerality & salinity. The length is just insane. The depth even beats that. Shy apricot & peach in the background but it’s really not about the fruit. The terroir here - wow!

After 17 years it turned into this beauty: deep golden hue, green papaya, gingered apricot, yellow peach, honey, saffron, tons of Indian curry spices, Indian spiced butter, dried bay leaf, and wet stones.
