Light straw; still primary nose of flowers, pit
fruit and mineral; fresh palate adds grapefruit, lime and more mineral at an elevated intensity. Was the balanced finish mentioned? Good juice. First bottle opened was gone, oxidized. The sommelier claimed Stelvin issues. — 3 years ago
Pretty light straw with green hint. Quite floral at first , touch of petrol , then mineral , wet slate , lemon peel , rose water . On the palate this is intense and very mineral , saline and well balanced . Wet slate , lemon peel, floral hints . Long and very precise , lean and mineral , focused on the finish . Needs a little more time, but will be great in a few years , wait another 3-4 . — 10 months ago

Lovely and fresh ambrosia, strong notes of apple, quince, pear, a bit of lemon. At 12 years old developing just the hint of tertiary flavors and petrol. Easy drinking in the best of ways. — 14 days ago
