This 2014 took about a half hour to shed some of its bottle funk and open up to a very lithe, whispery and extremely seductive wine. Hints of classic dried roses, with a bit of herbs and “tar”. Delicate on the verge of fading but lovely. A sunset just as it slips into the horizon. — 2 months ago

少しガーネット色。もう少し甘さのある感じかと思いきや、結構ドライというか冷涼感のある味わいで、すごく繊細で透明感のある印象。
かと言って、厳格かとかタイトかと言われたらそんなことはなく、すごく優美でスムーズな感じ。
ホワイトペッパーや、白い花、ドライフラワー。

エリオアルターレのバローロ アルボリーナ2014の雰囲気にかなり近い。
グラーチがバローロのコレクターらしいし、実際に味わい的にもベンチマークとしているのかも。
