Mason Ale Works Bride of Dankenstein West Coast IPA
#Gasoline colored with a purple hint to a shock white head. Bears ears lacing melts to tentacles from the deep. Orange zest breads and carrot cakes nose meet candied grapefruit and limoncello. Round palate shows restraint, builds around the beer-ness a mandorla both bread-y and zesty with citrus melange exquisite. Its darkness is not the lead as it also shows a galactic shimmer. Incredible.

Elysian Phaze Dust Imperial Hazy IPA
Golden to antique-gold base, loopy head of white reflecting said. Galactic nebulae suggesting horse heads in clover beds. Banana and pineapple lead the tropical bouquet with marigold and cherry side swipes. Orange, lemon, tangerine, lime and sticky nettle inundates. Lively mouthfeel marries the piney bits to the lemon and adds grapefruit in abundance, stinging the taste buds, and blinding them to the supernovae of lime and lemongrass and green mango to follow. There is cantaloupe bobbing like a rogue planet in the cosmic soup, and seed-bitter citrus background radiation, but the core of pineapple remains. Nice interstellar sojourn.

Cola brown with limited hairdo. Disembodied flying bubble-eye pops to galactic swirl and water Buffalo horns in a crescent then ghost trail. Gingerbread cupcake intro sports chunks of candied ginger and a ginseng twang surfing a graham cracker and date aspect. Nice bitter cinnamon bite to start the palate. Allspice and saffron bring their bitter sweets turning trick to treat and brown sugar mixes it up with spiced tea to bring it all home. Pumpkin is very prominent here, to appease the complainers, which is nice! Stop the bellyaching! .

Galactic white milkshake pate tinged with faintest pink. Wall-solid lacing with wreathing. Shortcake nose with strawberry suggestions, wheat bran muffin batter; pecans. Strawberry pith persistences, wheat germ, pretzel bun, fig, on the palate boasting one tiny drop of balsamic between caramels.

Cosmic Little Thing (Hazy-Double) IPA {Sierra Nevada}
Peachy-pear colored soup with a sugar-white, neoprene porcini underside for a corona. Ocularly challenged swamp blobs connote a slimy, runic, nebulous, message long lost to the galactic decay. The nose is bananas. Plantain, papaya, passion fruit, tangerine, creamy peach, dried apricot, coconut, candied lemon and candied lime. Lively mouthfeel of bursting stars and stardust shimmer before expressing a creamy lemon curd, and ripe pineapple pudding in a glinting chainmail shroud that melts into oblivion. Golden with amber suggestions. Glows, but oddly opaque. Poached egg foam topper that recedes to reverse galactic pointillism. Juicy nose of ripe pink grapefruit, mango, pineapple and Meyer lemon, lime zest, and peach blossom. Soft sweet grapefruit and it’s spongy pith keep the entry light on carbonated clouds with silver mineral. Orange peels back to reveal hidden lemon, lime zest, and grapefruit juices. The whole suggest a cool minerality. Best enjoyed in sunny south Florida in some less infectious future. Solid session ipa. .
