First encountered this winery on wine blog fringewine where their Huxelrebe was featured.
Ripe pear, overripe lime, light coloured honey.
Splendid acidity, light sweetness, fresh grape and lime palate, steely finish with dried apple oxi and Concorde grape aftertaste combined with lovely salty end.
Perfect time to drink. Good mix of fruit and beginning of tertiary which is not petrol . 8% abv. Want a magnum of this.
