Everything you want in a characterful and soulful southern Rhone red! Across the Rhone river from Chateauneuf grown in galet soils. Vines are 40 years average. Aged in concrete tank for 10-12 month. Rhône-like Red Blend (60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Carignan). Wonderful bright raspberry fruit aromas and flavors with hints of dried herbs, baking spices and purple flowers.
