2019 was somewhat nutty and fresh vanilla and baked apple fruit? A good pairing with lighter fare, farm fresh artichoke shavings with fennel then rockfish with roasted sun chokes and blood oranges. Nice finish but not long. Lovely. — 3 years ago

@delectable his is the bourgogne cote d'or les buees chardonnay.

This is from the village of Saint Aubain - chassagne montrachet from a 2016 planted vineyard. Only 1971 bottles.

The wine is not overly complex but rather a fresh, racy, mineral driven easy drinking village level Burgundy. Expect this wine to evolve well and gain complexity when the vines will mature in the coming years. The balance is already there. Like it a lot 🚀🚀 — 4 years ago

Pale lemon color. Medium(-) intensity aromas of citrus (lemon, tangerine) yeast and battonage (yeast, oat, cereal, bread dough) and cream. Very Champagne like. On the palate the wine is dry with medium acidity medium alcohol that warms your chest (13?) medium body and a medium(+) finish. Tequila number 2 was aged in William Larue Weller bourbon barrels. If I were blindfolded, it would have taken me a minute to realize this was tequila. The oak and the bourbon had a huge effect. But, it was not overpowering. Delicious in a unique way. Delectable says it's $29. If you find it for $29, buy 100 bottles. — a year ago
