Stunning indie Spanish red with amazing depth and complexity. Smells like freshly baked Brie and raspberry jam. New boot leather. Ripened strawberries. Gorgeous. Medium tannins and body bring a strong structure but it isn’t too dry or tough for bright red fruit with a touch of salinity and umami. 14% alcohol so be careful! You can drink this quick, but no need to, the favors hang around for awhile. — 4 years ago
Easy drinking bordeaux, st emilion produces great reds with a lovely minerality and this one will trend towards the less mineral side. Drank on its own with an indie folk record (Houndmouth) — 8 years ago
This is my second time having Bevan's Drystack SB (though I often have the Addax SB, which is also unfiltered and made by Bevan). The nose on this is very typical SB to me...tropical peach, nectarine, floral. Maybe a bit of popcorn kernel (not buttery). But the palate on this is just always so freaking unique! I love the heavier texture of these unfiltered wines. The front of this is tropical, but it doesn't finish with a tropical or citrus crispness. It's more like a granite/stone finish. More "savory" than "sweet". Funky...but I always enjoy it, as does my wife! Not sure how Indie (left) and Abbie (right) feel though... — 9 years ago

On the light side and fairly aromatic with red and black fruits. Fruity, juicy and fresh. You could even chill it a little on a hot day. — 10 years ago

Coffee/burnt butterscotch nose, amazing flavors with dates and nuts. Overall an amazing sparkling wine, so indie but soooo good. — 4 years ago
Tasted this at the big indie wine festival. Need to get myself a bottle. So tasty 🙂 — 9 years ago
Melon, pear, lemon pith, a little creaminess and finishes with a little bitter chalkiness. Much more expressive on day 2. Good drinking. — 9 years ago

Wonderful Sauv! Balanced, great acid, crisp, lemon and mineral zest, ocean stone. (@ Indie Cafe - 4.8 - Great!) — 5 years ago
Stunning varietal expression of alto adige gem. Medium bodied, talentedly fragrant & floral, and sophisticatedly structured. Delightful with low fat/naked plates...too much protein & fat choke this alto out. A true solo artist, this Tereldego is on point and is indie folk art at its best. Raspberry & pomegranate fruit with blackberry sweetness in the delicately long acid driven finish. 1 bottle in the cellar - 2022 target — 5 years ago
