Green apple, apricot jam, tart pear, sweet buttered bread, and subtle lemon rind on the nose. Light to medium bodied, with prominent fruit notes of apple sauce, dried apricot, cheesy notes, on a long lingering finish that ends with hints of dehydrated strawberries and underripe peach.
