100% Malvar. First time I am trying this white varietal. Light straw golden color. Not terribly aromatic. Faint aromas of white flowers, dried parsley and dusty earth. The palate features yellow apple, unripe peach and apricot. Mineral note on the finish. Mouth watering acidity (touch of VA). Crisp, nicely balanced and crushable. The label notes that the Malvar grape almost went extinct. I’m glad it was resurrected. Revisited in November 2024. Still fresh and vibrant. Revisited again in April 2025. Passing its peak. — 2 years ago

Bit funky on opening but settles into a nice lime note, palate has tantalizing hint of guava or cantaloupe, good acidity. Short but clean finish. Very quaffable. — 6 years ago

Vintage 2021 | From Malvar grape. Fermented in wood and 5 months aged in French and American barrels. Beautiful vanilla in smell, citrus and spices in a rounded taste. Paired with melon/smoked ham and risotto funghi. Lovely. — 21 days ago
