Really good Cava Rose’. Interesting based on the reason that it is made of 100% Pinot Noir. Not typical for Pennades Cava. Fruit forward notes of cranberry sauce, honey and purple flowers. Hints of coconut, herbs and baking spices on the very long finish. Balanced acidity. Very reasonable QPR. Revisited in December 2020. Still a very pleasant surprise. — 6 years ago
