Uvaggio Coste della Sesia Rosso Nebbiolo Blend 2016

vintage 2016 | 80% nebbiolo, 15% vespolina, 5% croatina. Ten years old and fully alive and kicking. Brownish colour, tertiairy tones in smell. Very good balance, integrated tannines. I loved the bouquet: stinky in the positive way, spices, stewed fruit. A hint of manure. A Piëmonte nebbiolo that I like. Paired with a lasagne. — 2 months ago

Contrade di Taurasi (Cantine Lonardo)

Coste Taurasi Aglianico 2016

A strong and powerful Taurasi. Has plenty of maturation potential, required 45 min to 1 Hour to smothen. Good nose, palate still Drury after 10 years, black berries. Additional attributes of dark chocolate. Great experience, was worth waiting. — 4 months ago

This stuff is so delicious. My head is pounding this morning because I also drank other natty wines, cloudy beers, and crappy beers; but this stuff was the winner of birthday celebration in the park! — 6 years ago
