A nice lighter red with a hint of pepper. Not very dry or tannic. Enjoyed with some homemade pasta sauce. — a month ago
Very boozey first sip, but after that the taste is filled with slight cherry notes and nutty/woodsy aroma. Paired this with an arrabbiata pasta and it went well.

This finally came together. This blend of Cab S, Merlot, San Giovese and Syrah is in a great spot.
Nose filled with sweet red fruit, ripe cherries and almond paste. The tanins are soft and the mouthfeel silky. Nice herb touch too. Paired with spaghetti with tomatoes/ preserved lemon/ honey/ cream sauce and that matched very very well. — 7 months ago
Not too dry but has the notes you are looking for with an Italian red. We had it with steak and would definitely buy it again. — 10 months ago
This is getting bonus points due to its comparison tonight. Cherry and fruit. Simple but classic example. — 2 days ago
