Pleasant, smooth, very fruity. — 6 months ago
Clear, medium ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary and secondary aromas of blackberries, strawberries, and tabacco; on the palate, it's dry with low acidity, medium tannins, high alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of blueberries, blackberry jam, and crushed gravel with a medium finish. This wine is simple but balanced and intense. Overall, I rate this wine as good. — 8 months ago
Big fruit forward then a dusty dark fruit in the middle. Then a quick dusty finish. — 4 years ago

I have a lot of these and most have been ok but this one was further along in its development. Knew I needed to drink these. Faster is the word of the day. — 5 months ago
@Delectable Wine -This wine is the Jayson by Pahlmeyer “The Bench” Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark ruby color. Aromas of black berry fruit and sweet oak. Dark blackberry, boysenberry, black currant and plum fruit with additional notes of chocolate and black pepper. Very long finish that has an acidic bite. Extremely fruit forward, concentrated and plush. Still quite young, so more bottle age may be needed. Part of the Capital Grill 2025 Generous Pour Program. We were told that this is the initial vintage of this wine. — 10 months ago
