Brilliant expression of an amarone valpolicella. Black cherry flavours and sweet tannins. A wee bit of cloves and spice...ooh...and some interesting tobacco notes. Quite different from its cousin, the Sartori Corte Bra. Can't stop nosing this one — 4 years ago

One of best red wines since we arrived in Munich. Picked it up at a Spar by gardasee, great flavor and level of dryness and tannins — 5 years ago
Sartori di Verona ‘Recioto Di Soave’ DOCG 2012: Well balanced. Sweet goodness. Beautiful golden orange color with palate flavors of apricot, dried fruit, honey & banana. Long sapid finish. Consisting of an elegant blend of Trebbiano & Garganega grapes, this dessert wine was fantastic. Not overly sweet; just soft & pleasant sweet. The perfect end to a fantastic meal. Didn’t even need a decant, this babe was ready to go the second I popped the cork. This was all dried blackberries and dark plum with sturdy tannins begging for a rack of lamb. — 5 years ago

Blend of 50% Corvina Veronese, 30%, Corvinone, 15% Rondinella & 5% Croatina, deep Ruby with aromas of dried dark fruits, spice and herb, about 100 days of appassimento, 3 years on oak. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry and raspberry with notes of fig, cacao, flint and earthy mineral tones. Soft smooth tannins well balanced, long spicy finish. Good now! — 3 days ago
