Corto. — 6 years ago
Brought to TG for Marie but cork broke into pieces but wine stayed strong and delicious through a week. What else to say — 7 months ago
Nicely balanced sweet acidic muscular yet lively lithe texture. Great with pate from Wegmans but not as well received as Vollenweider for Mimi. — 4 years ago
Largo recorrido. Marida muy bien con Tartar de Salmón. — 6 years ago
If you know this, you probably know the best place to taste Riesling in the Mosel. Ingrid's got a knack for spotting the local rising stars, so she often engages them to make wines for the store. Daniel's Krover Steffensberg feinherb's all finesse! Sourced from younger vines, minerally, tight. — 8 years ago
First taste since purchase in 2011. Screw cap. Very classic Riesling nose that's steely and fragrant of white fruits and of hay and bone dry palate and long acidic finish. Would be great seafood wine. Will comp with others. Comped with others CVed 3/11/17. — 9 years ago
2023 Riesling Kabinett from Mosel. Balanced acid and sweetness, Meyer lemon, beeswax, slate. — a year ago

Yet again a great match for Sakana with Hsing/Mimi but this time Vollenweider provided good competition. The Omakase was same as last time, last day of the monthly menu so a good comp. Thought the food was actually a bit off compared to previous time but still what a great combo with the wines. — 4 years ago
Yellow cherry jam and grapefruit marmalade are mingled with honey, marzipan and caramel on the nose and the glycerol-rich, seductively creamy palate of this colorful bottling from fruit harvested well into TBA territory. It finishes with prominent but not excessive sweetness, a soothing sense of saturation, a mouthwatering lick of salt and prodigious sheer persistence. Very much a wine with a future! This is actually the TBA. Surprisingly light. Very balanced. — 9 years ago

Very good but a bit chunky from the intense minerality. Could use more refinement. — 6 months ago
