As long as it’s paired with something bloody, this acidic and peppery Riesling will not disappoint — 8 months ago
We had this in Vermont and it was lovely. It was a Chardonnay and I really enjoyed it. — 5 years ago

Slightly carbonated, funky, dry, crisp, wonderful, not too tart... perfect with seafood. This is a favorite. — 9 months ago

Light garnet translucent, dry and light bodied with high acidity and minerality — 5 months ago
Color is a beautiful, almost unnaturally reddish pink, cloudy and hazy. On the nose you get apple cider, watermelon, candied grapefruit and bubblegum. On the palate it's fairly dry with low acid and some of the notes on the nose are lost. It's mostly green apple, mango, peaches and some yeast. No funk from natural processes and incredibly refined for being unfiltered. On the finish you do get a bit of dried herbs. Pretty energetic bubbles like soda pop. — 5 years ago
