Hello from bitter cold MN. Woke up this morning to -23 degree temps and it was garbage day…. 🥶
Continuing my month of drinking 2016 wines. Almost opened Pape Clement tonight. Thoughts on if that’s too soon anyone? Smash or pass?
This is drinking very well. Has that Corison thing with great tension of fruit and acidity. Mouthwatering.

@Steve Bridge it’s been a fun month as the 16s have been drinking very well! Most have also felt like a long life ahead of them - especially the Corison and Bdx’s. Your son is lucky to have such a great vintage bday! My daughter’s is 2015 and son’s is 2018. Also good years that I’m looking forward to sharing with the on big occasions!
