このワインを飲むのは2回目で最後の一本。
半年ほど前に飲んだ個体に比べて、こっちの方が明らかにフレッシュで熟成感が少ない。
前回同様に、黄桃や枇杷のような黄色果実に、カモミール、ペトロール、ライムストーン、ホワイトペッパーなどの後に、岩清水、レモンなどの爽やかな清涼感と芯のある骨格。
一本目が熟成感が強かっただけに、心配したが、こちらの方が美味しくて良かった。

カリカンテ100%ステンレス熟成。
息子の10歳の誕生日ということで開けてみた。
いかにもいい葡萄を感じる濃いめの色。
少し熟成したカリンや黄桃、オイリーなニュアンス、蜜リンゴ、枇杷、ミント、後にはシャープな酸。
熟成感があるので、2本のうち一本はもう少し早めに開けても良かったのかも…

French onion chicken pairing and some went into the dish. This bottle was a touch off from first opening. Missing some of the bright fruit flavors I expected based on past ‘15 and ‘16 and ‘17 bottles.

Really nice with some mellow acidity and good minerality. But a lot more body and complexity than like a Greco do tufo. Seafood pasta is a perfect pair here
