Open this bottle too early. After letting it in the glass for more than a good hour it opened a whole bouquet of flavours. Absolutely gorgeous: red fruits, felt some mild roasted cocoa during drink, which turned after having it with a meal into a vanilla scent.

Really interesting wine. Truffle comes through on the palate and cocoa both on the palate and nose. A good reminder for me to drink an old world wine once in a while.
