Flavours of grapefruit and mango are present on the palette. It has a long finish beginning with tropical fruits and ending with sea salt. This wine paired well with sushi.

Citrus, tropical, good mineral balance. Overall pretty great with food. Way better as it warms interestingly.

It feels like an old friend and an archetypal Kiwi Sauvignon number. Grapefruit, boysenberry, lemon, a touch of yogurt in the rear as well as that herbal, cat piss thing. The palate is marked by a super strong acid backbone, some grapefruit and lemony notes all along, a creamy thing in the mouthfeel, some strong grip in the rear and a an electric-like finish with a fresh, super focused acid drive, some grapefruit and lemony notes that go on for a while. Great example of its kind in a real focused style.
