Oyster shells, vivid limpid lemon, crystalline and bright. Beautiful definition on the midpalate. Very coiled still but great material.

Light yellow-gold; quiet Chablis nose with white flower, lemon and peach; silky texture, plenty of acid, more lemon and mineral on the palate with a persistent, sharp finish. No longer primary, put away. Hans Kong Kælder has a nice list and knowledgeable staff.
