Taught and silky. A lot going on here: just ripe fruit (citrus, golden apple, red currant and cranberry), orange blossom, fennel, biscuit. Develops into dried apple, ginger and finally mushroom on the long crescendo of a finish. A not terrible start to my WSETDip sparking wines zoom class day.
