A nice wine. Very good Chardonnay for the price. At Sam’s Club. — 14 days ago
First opportunity to try Chave’s Hermitage - 2003 vintage. Decanted for 2 hours. Absolutely beautiful wine. — 17 days ago
Raisin tight enough; no character yet.
20 minutes later: Ooh light cherry cola! Had it with my weirdly chocolate tasting homemade soba. I guess seaweed, tsuru no moto, tamari, egg, sesame oil caramelize in the mouth and make this wine like a trip to 7-Eleven in 1986. Me likie. — 2 days ago

Popped and poured. The mouthfeel had rich, creamy lusciousness with gentle acidity. Baked apple with warm, autumn spices flooded the palette. Also had an underlying minerality that provided nice backbone. Long, fine finish. This was absolutely scrumptious. — 17 days ago
Bright ruby color. Aromas of red and black berries, currants, black pepper and baking spices. Flavors of red and black cherry/currant/raspberry fruit, black licorice, and all those spices. Pleasantly earthy and nicely balanced. Mouth filling structure and soft/elegant tannins. Very reasonable. — a month ago

Bright and intense, this wine is packed. Wait a decade to drink. But it’s gorgeous. — 15 days ago
