Very nice but have a sneaking suspicion this would have maybe been just a smidge better a couple years ago? Aromatically incredible, one of those wines you can just smell and smell. Quite high toned, floral, and red fruited on the nose, which carries through to the palate. Excellent acid. Tannins are just a whisper which makes this overall come off as lighter than I expected. Good value Amarone from Costco. Pop and pour approachable. Not as dense as the best Amarone but has the nice clove spiciness, fig, and dried leaves slight tannins with a pleasant finish. Surprisingly there is a hint of ripe strawberry that is a softening agent. — 4 months ago

Gorgeous bottle of ruby red shades and intense aromatics featuring vanilla, spices, rose petals, and nuts. Quite complex.
