Right up there with the best sweet wines I have had in a while. Apricoty joy. Paired very well with peach tart tatin — 5 years ago
Indeed very dry and love frizzanteness. Drinks easily with Autumn charcuterie and cheese board — 7 years ago
Honey finish - love — 7 years ago
This is a well made dessert wine from the tiny island of Pantelleria off the Sicilian coast. Muscat grapes dried in the sun produce an unctuous wine with orange and apricot honey flavors. It could have used a bit more acidity and length to really show is best — 8 years ago
Wonderful Sicilian natural wine! Deep gold (let’s call it light orange) in color. Hints of grilled lemons with a hint of smoke. Beautifully “funky.” A true winner! Great with appetizers! Thank you Franky Bella for this selection. — 8 years ago

honeysuckle on the nose, lemon peel, green apple, tropical notes on the palate. delicious — a year ago

A wine to drink with a lover. — 7 years ago
I’ve had the famous sweet wine from this producer and terroir/varietal (that being the amazing Ben Ryé), but never this dry light version. The nose barrels you over with lavender - come to find out that tiny Pantelleria is dotted with lavender fields...who knew? Low alcohol, super fresh, citric zest, again the lavender, and baking spices on the palate. You can feel the Mediterranean winds blow by you sip this... — 8 years ago
Similar to Vin Santo. Would go well with biscotti. Long finish. — 8 years ago

Note to self: I shouldn’t have used Coravin. Four months after first tap it’s still a great wine, but lost its magic. Intense dragonfruit on the nose, honeyed botrytis note, enveloping sweetness and almost phenolic broad palate. Like a great passito di Pantelleria, but far from the once-in-a-lifetime rainfall magic of its first tap — 3 years ago
Makes me want to visit #pantelleria. Lotto 2/20. — 5 years ago
Skin-contact white from Zibibbo (100%) from 60-year-old vines from Pantelleria. Fermented in stainless steel with approximately 15 days of maceration. — 7 years ago
Unusual aromatic nose and fresh, dry, taste. Slightly confusing but equally satisfying. — 7 years ago
Rip and rich taste of plum! Dinner at San Domenico Hotel-two Michelin stars. Very good dessert wine. Taormina, Sicily — 8 years ago

Orange goodness. Lovely orange flavor and well balanced sweetness. Good pairing with Indian spices. — 5 months ago
