The perfect accompaniment to plum pudding. Very toffee and raisiny with intensity at 18.5% ABV. My son who rarely drinks anything loved it. Don’t worry. I’m sure I haven’t created a monster. @Bob McDonald, my wife and I met Bill Chambers back in 1989, he actually took us outside the tasting room where they kept the AMAZING super old vine stickies and let us taste them — his comment then was “that nice Mr. Parker has really increased the demand for our sweet wines with his kind words” — those top end wines all those years ago drew us back a couple times already, and it’s 14+ hours in the air from the West Coast (CA)!!!
