Forgot what this was, had the 2014. Indeed it can age, light and lively with earthy red fruited notes and good finish. Very nice Gamay that would work with lots of dishes — 3 months ago
I seem to be on a recent kick exploring rarely seen and exceedingly special wines. This time, it’s “Juliet”. Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours. The 2021 “Juliet” pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose the wine is developing with matchstick for dayzzzz. There’s an abundance of fresh, ripe passion fruit, star fruit, peach, white flowers, lemon verbena, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is out of this world. Incredible. Drink now through 2041. — 4 months ago
What a beautiful representation of a balanced Burgundian Chardonnay - from the warmer climats of Burgundy. Rich and round on the palette with stone fruit and a balanced creaminess from the oak élevage. Medium alcohol and medium+ acidity. Lacks some of the minerality of a grand cru burg. — 6 months ago

Really nice. — 5 months ago
From a single acre of Pinot Noir planted in 2007. As far as I know, this is the first commercial vintage made of Memorious.
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours, the 2013 pours a slightly dull, ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is vinous with beautiful notes of bruised strawberry, raspberries, dried roses, mushrooms, sous bois, dried herbs, and fine warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. Really compelling stuff that is, to my palate, squarely in the zone. Drink now through 2033. — a month ago

12.5% with lots of sediment. The glass was partially clouded with sediment. That doesn’t happen often with Pinot. A beauty. — 3 months ago
Will be delicious for many more years. Very juicy and full of complex earthy flavors. — 4 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Deep Ruby color with aromas of black fruits, cedar, citrus, herbs and floral spice. On the palate flavors of cherry, cranberry and blackberry with floral and sweet herb spice notes. Full-bodied, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, slight oak, herbs and a savory earthy mineral character. Nice, will age but Decant now! — a month ago
