Suzanne loves this. Not overpowering for a sirah. Fruit forward. Smooth. — 3 months ago

Good Cabernet. Young, nothing special but solid from Caymus. — 7 months ago
Smooth and rich with pronounced berry fruit. I prefer a bit more earthy and forest floor but still a nice accompaniment to rack of lamb. — 16 days ago

Really top notch! — 3 months ago
Stylistically similar to Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich and fruit forward with loads of oak influences. Probaly slightly more jammy than Caymus, it also has a bit more minerality nuance.
Undeniably delicious and easy to drink, it might benefit from several more years of bottle age. — a year ago
Fascinating. Caymus made Malbec from Andes grape shipped to Rutherford. Aged 14 mo in French oak and bottled Oct 2012. Dark ruby color and lush fruits and medium weight on palate with nice finish. Didn’t pair so well with dinner but a good drink on its own. AA9 value. — 6 years ago
06/01/26. Yum. This is a wine you fight for the last drop. Enjoyed with prime ribeye. Smooth taste with great smooth aftertaste. Bummed I didn’t have a 2nd bottle on hand. — 21 days ago
North of my typical price point, this was quite expressive for a cab. Robust fruit flavor, yet smooth. Other bottles suit my palate better. — 4 months ago

…this 17’ Special Selection rocked and typically I’m not a fan of Wagner offerings… — 9 days ago
