Hints of dark cherry, some peat, elderflower and citrus. Opened a few hours early and got the full effect. Went great with corn bread and steak. — 7 years ago

What a wine. Fun expressive and bright. Taste of raspberry lemon and sculpting clay. Had on Christmas Day with Beef Bourgogne but would be equally as good on a warm day with vegetables. — 5 years ago

I asked the guy at Wine Therapy in Soho for any random thing he was into lately for $30 and under. This gorgeous, quirky gamay was the answer. Fresh, fruity, earthy as you’d expect, but with a more rich, full body and a finish that lingers for days. Fuel for fuck-winter fire. 💅🏾☃️ — 8 years ago

Rubis clair
