This 4 year old Riesling from Spring Mountain is starting to drink nicely now, but needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Spicy and entertaining.
I've had a few vintages of this wine, and so far the 2018 vintage is my favorite one.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
Elegant and nicely balanced. Complex and interesting.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. Crisp and better when not too cold.
13.2% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

Vibrant color. Wow, it’s like the Little Red Riding-hood porridge of wine. Not too dry, bold, acidic, long, short or tannic. Just right! Absolutely delicious. Would absolutely buy again and one of the best wines I’ve had in a long time. — 8 days ago
Balanced with front fruit and decent body. No overpowering aspects. — a month ago
Nuanced red. Nothing bold, nothing angular, nothing out of place. Balanced, intriguing dark wild berry flavors expressing slowly and carefully. Whispers of earth, and forest floor. Great wine to sit down and savor. But that is hard to do when there are two other people savoring that same wine and it just ‘poof’ disappears. — 10 hours ago
A favorite but it hurts my heart to drink it now. — 17 hours ago

Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Fruity nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.

This 10 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is drinking beautifully now. Rich, elegant and fruit forward.
Drinking at its peak now. Nicely balanced and smooth, with a soft mouthfeel.
Delicious right out of the bottle, and even better after 30 minutes of airtime. I did not decant it, but let it open up in the bottle. Really enjoyed the nose after an hour of airtime.
Easy drinking, and good by itself as a sipping wine, or with a nice piece of steak.
A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc.
14.7% alcohol by volume.
