Cape Roth is over while we were in BALENA for our yummy dinner that Mario made which is chicken cutlets with mushrooms and Caprese salad! — 10 months ago
[Gamay Noir Rancho Coda 2021 First Vintage]. High elevation in west Sonoma coast. Heady perfume of rose water, rose petal, strawberry, red cherry, kirsch, the usual carbonic notes, some Brett. High zippy acidity, a little bit of palpable tannic grip - medium minus level. Spritz. Sheer fun. Mild funk on the short finish. To be bottled in a month. — 4 years ago

Dark reddish purple. Inviting nose and medium-bodied palate of red berries, pomegranate, and a hint of toasted nuts on the moderate finish. Medium tannins. Medium acidity. A most typical example of mid-range Washington. The midpoint between New World fruit (but dark fruit) and Old World structure makes for an excellent American food wine. Pair with anything from burgers to roots to prime rib. Just do so by 2027. — 6 years ago

The scents designed to lure the crowd from the pedestrian concourse into the Bath and Body Works. Inviting perfumes, florals and citrus and bitter almonds. Come on in. Lemon scented vanilla candle, oatmeal soap, rose petal fabric spray. Looks light, but with a substantially full body, creamy texture, and prickly acid. The distinctive note is ruby grapefruit - shows up towards the end with a slow exit. — 4 years ago

Pale straw yellow. Very refined aromas of white flowers, beeswax and white stone fruit. Fresh and lively with vibrant orchard fruit, mint and green apple flavors. Long and bright on the clean crystalline finish. A knockout Pinot Bianco that is truly mesmerizing on the nose. (Ian D'Agata, Vinous, May 2018) — 8 years ago
