100% Pinot noir. 🌹 champagne & 🍗 tasting — 2 days ago
Welcoming the Holiday Season ⛄️❄️🎅🎁 Cheers!🥂
Previous notes apply except this tastes sweeter now that I have fully shifted to Extra Brut. Pre EB purchase. Also, EB in 375’s are more difficult to locate.
The balance will be really good w/ Key Lime Tart later! 🍋🟩 — 9 days ago
aromas are so complex with sliced fresh and dried ginger, subtle pie crust, tarte tatin and hints of nutmeg with some salted caramel. Toasted bread, too. Always subtle. The palate is full- to medium-bodied yet hemmed-in with a freshness and balance that draws you back. Savory and vibrant — 2 days ago
Delicate old gold, frothy mousse, tiny bubbles. Nose gives me crisp apple, honey, toast. Fresh, not overstated, yummy. — 2 days ago
11/2025. One of my favorite Pinot Noir’s. Good fruit without over powering cherry. Paired well with my Thanksgiving meal. — 13 days ago
Medium body very smooth and lush. Hint of red berries. — 5 days ago

Old Vine Gamay on Thanksgiving 2025. Murky ruby color. Aromas of red berries, wet stones, red flowers and sweet spices. Flavors of red plums, sour red cherries and raspberries, cranberries and baking spices. Distinct iron/granite note on the medium-plus finish. Medium body, soft tannins and ample acidity. A bit muddy. Reasonable Beauj. — 18 days ago
