Holding well. Good color. Wild herb. Wild game. — 2 years ago
Bursting strawberry and blackberry, touch of black pepper, chocolate and vanilla, hint of bay leaf; medium tannin, medium plus acidity, medium-deep purple. Very pleasant aroma. Rec from Deb at BGarden. $16 — 5 years ago
Un très bon blanc, avec des notes très étincelantes un peu comme un Muscadet, mais beaucoup plus gouleyant, et explosif en finale. — 10 years ago
Had with Porter house steak, perfectly combined — 5 years ago
Excellent secondary nose as well as very elegant cinamon notes, in general terms is a quite agreable wine — 6 years ago

My impressions are very similar to my April 2025 bottle of this @Dave wine, mostly old vine Syrah from Pierre Clavel’s “La Mejanelle” vineyard, with small dollops of Mourvèdre and Grenache, low levels of Brett show (so, if you’re very sensitive to Brett, YMMV), solid finish, very good Languedoc!! — 3 months ago
