Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours. The 2020 “Aux Lieux-Dits” pours a deep garnet with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of fresh, ripe brambles, garrigue, red flowers, and inorganic earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. There is a solid sense of place from this expression. Drink now through 2035. — 2 months ago

Very fresh and primary! Gorgeous fruit notes, delicate hints of stems, spices, minerals and garrigue. Medium-bodied and transparent in its presentation, lovely acidity all the way through the palate. Made me think Northern Rhone more than Southern.
Very interesting. — 2 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Medium Ruby red color with aromas of red fruits, floral and spice notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with notes of black pepper, nuts and spice. Fine tannins, long juicy savory finish, ending with fruit, cacao, spice and slight earthy notes. Drink well now, will cellar! — 9 days ago
